The Marketing principles can be applied to every type of business. I am successful applying those principles in a service company and in 11 months we have achieved:

• increase of market share by 2.36%
• reduce cost by 4.5 %
• higher level of guests service provided (guests survey and mistery shopping reports show this)
• increase profit by 2.7%
• lengthen the life of films on avarege by 1 week
• increase brand awareness and guests attidude towards Odeon Hastings
